In every case that the cooperative notifies or calls its members to session, said notice or call may be made by:(a) Remitting it by mail to the address found in the records of the cooperative, or(b) publication in a newspaper of general circulation, along with the posting of clearly-visible posters in the branches and service offices of the cooperative.Cooperatives may also use electronic or radio broadcasting means, as supplementary mechanisms, in addition to those described above.
