[No provision of this chapter shall be understood to modify, alter or invalidate any agreement, pact or contract in effect at the date of effectiveness of this act, that has been granted under Act Jan. 15, 1973, No. 1, as amended, known as the 'Cooperative Savings and Loan Act', repealed by Act Jan. 15, 1990, No. 6, as amended, or under said Act No. 6, herein repealed.]\nThe regulations, orders, agreements, administrative procedures, contracts and other actions of the Corporation and the Commissioner of Financial Institutions initiated, approved or adopted prior to the approval of this act shall continue to be in effect until they are modified or repealed by the Corporation pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —Oct. 28, 2002, No. 255, § 11.01.
