1371a

Every procedure for the organization of a cooperative and any action, claim or pending action, before the Commissioner of Financial Institutions or before the Corporation or before any Court at the date of approval of this act, initiated pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 1 of June 15, 1973, as amended, or pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 6 of January 15, 1990, as amended, shall continue to be handled until its determination, or final and binding resolution, pursuant to the laws and regulations in effect as of the date said procedures, actions or resolutions have been presented or initiated.
