The Governor, in addition to the Budget Report and the Capital Improvements Program, shall submit an annual report to the Legislature itemizing all maintenance needs handled by the Fund, including the final cost of each. History —Aug. 14, 1991, No. 66, p. 326, § 6, retroactive to July 1, 1991.
