For fiscal year 1991-92 and as initial capitalization of the Special Maintenance Fund, the following resources shall be available:(a) From the General Fund of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico $1,000,000 (b) Five percent (5%) of the Bond Issue for Capital Improvements of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for Fiscal Year 1991-92 $13,750,000Of the total of the above funds, $6,993,639 were consigned under the custody of the Office of the Management and Budget until the Committee is constituted and claims its joining the Fund created herein.
