(a) The funds of the 'Fund for the Investigation and Examination of Financial Institutions and Gambling Casinos', created by §§ 7 and 8 of Title 13, are hereby appropriated to the Office of the Commissioner to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The appropriations budgeted for the 1985-86 Fiscal Year are also transferred to the Bureaus of Banks, and Financial Institutions and Securities.\n(b) In subsequent years, the funds needed for the administration of this chapter shall be consigned in the General Expense Budget for the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Joint Resolution.\nHistory —Oct. 11, 1985, No. 4, p. 857, § 18.
