All matters related to administrative hearings procedure, adjudicatory proceedings and judicial review shall be provided in Regulations No. 3920 of June 23, 1989, known as the 'Regulations to Regulate the Adjudication Proceedings Under the Jurisdiction of the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions' or any other regulations substituting or amending the same, promulgated by the Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.\nHistory —Sept. 25, 2012, No. 273, § 20.
