The Commissioner is hereby directed to update, within one hundred twenty (120) days after the approval of this act, any and all of the regulations amended or repealed by this chapter, as appropriate. Any regulation that could be required from the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions by this chapter or other acts in effect, shall contain, at the time of their promulgation, the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act', as well as those of §§ 2251 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Small Business Administrative and Regulatory Flexibility Act'. The Commissioner shall file a copy of those regulations with the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives, as well as with the Department of State, for information purposes and the corresponding process.
