The following terms, whenever used or referred to in §§ 1—7 of this title shall have the following respective meanings, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:(a) Housing authority. — Shall mean any housing authority created pursuant to §§ 31—55 of this title.(b) Housing project. — Shall mean any work or undertaking of a housing authority pursuant to §§ 31—55 of this title or any other similar work or undertaking of the federal government.(c) Governmental body. — Shall mean the government of Puerto Rico, any agency or instrumentality thereof or any municipality including the Capital.(d) Federal government. — Shall include the United States of America, the Public Housing Administration of the United States, or any other agency or instrumentality, corporate or otherwise, of the United States of America.
