The Executive Director of the Foundation shall be under obligation to submit to the board of directors an annual report on the operations and use of the Foundation’s funds. Said report shall be attested to by a firm of certified public accountants and a copy thereof shall be made available in the central offices of the Foundation for examination by any person who may so desire.
