The Urban Renewal and Housing Corporation Accounts Liquidation Office is hereby dissolved and the transfer of all its assets to the Department of Housing is hereby directed, effective June 30, 1998. With regard to the disposal of the real and personal property thus transferred, the Secretary of the Department of Housing is hereby conferred all the rights and powers granted to the Special Receiver pursuant to §§ 27 et seq. of this title; Provided, That a Board or Ratifying Committee shall not be constituted for these transactions.
