For the purpose of the transfer provided herein, the constitution of a Transition Committee is hereby directed, which shall be composed of the Special Receiver and those person he/she may appoint, if deemed necessary, as well as by the personnel of the Department of Housing designated by the Secretary of Housing.The Transition Committee shall have the task of organizing, promptly and effectively, the total transfer of the assets of the Office, as well as its equipment, files, records and any other property or documents. It shall also deliver to the Secretary of Housing a complete inventory of its assets, liabilities and suits pending before the courts of the country.
