The Special Receiver shall submit to the Governor, to each Body of the Legislature, and to the Department of Housing, a special report containing all measures, transactions, business, financial activity of whatever nature; including inventories of the properties with the current status thereof and all descriptive and fiscal information needed for the effective closing of the Office, as provided in § 27r of this title.
