The Administrator of the Retirement Systems of the Government of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to credit to the regular employees of the Office, the period of time they worked at the Office to the public retirement systems, provided the employee concerned pays to the Retirement System for the period of time to be credited the part corresponding to the individual and employer’s contribution, plus the interest determined by the System from the date the services were rendered until the date of completion thereof.
