(a) Dwelling. — Destined to moderate-income families as determined from time to time by the Secretary.(b) Moderate-income family. — Means any family whose income at any given moment does not exceed that determined by regulations by the Secretary as maximum income for families to be benefited under §§ 661—661f of this title.(c) Beneficiary. — Means the owner-occupant who is eligible to receive the subsidy provided by §§ 661—661f of this title.(d) Secretary. — Means the Secretary of Housing of Puerto Rico.(e) Department. — Means the Department of Housing of Puerto Rico.
