The subsidy provided by §§ 661—661f of this title shall not exceed the life of the mortgage and shall be readjusted every two (2) years, or when warranted, according to increases or decreases in the participating beneficiary’s family group income. History —June 14, 1980, No. 141, p. 527, § 4.
