Acquirers of lots under this chapter, except as provided in § 757a of this title, shall meet the following requirements:(1) To be the occupant of the lot and live in the dwelling built thereon.(2) To have established his permanent domicile in said dwelling.(3) To have no other dwelling of any kind.
