The Office of the Trustee for the Liquidation of the Urban Renewal and Housing Corporation is hereby ordered to transfer to the Housing Development and Improvements Administration all Minimal Urbanization (UM, Spanish acronym) projects, so that the latter may grant title deeds according to the requirements, legal criteria and/or programs which created each particular project.
