Any revenue obtained from the disposition of the minimal urbanization projects shall be distributed as follows:(a) Seventy percent (70%) to the Office of the Trustee for the Liquidation of the Urban Renewal and Housing Corporation.(b) Thirty percent (30%) to the Housing Development and Improvements Administration.
