The Urban Renewal and Housing Corporation for Puerto Rico shall render to the Legislature at the beginning of each Regular Session a detailed report of the works developed by said Corporation chargeable to the funds obtained from the bonds issued by said Corporation through authorization of § 45a of this title. The report shall include the works carried out during the preceding fiscal year ending June 30, the works in development during the fiscal year in which the report is rendered and the proposed works for the following fiscal year.
