All funds, documents, and files of any nature in connection with said houses, workmen’s settlements, lots and urban settlements, in possession of the Homestead Division of the Department of Labor and Human Resources, hereby declared dissolved and without any powers on and after the date this act takes effect, are also transferred to the Puerto Rico Housing Authority; and all funds, documents, and files of any nature in connection with said houses, workmen’s settlements, lots and urban settlements, in possession of the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works, are hereby likewise transferred to the Puerto Rico Housing Authority.
