The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to receive on deposit, through internal revenue collectors, moneys from the rents of the settlements of the Puerto Rico Housing Authority; Provided, That said deposits shall be made in the offices of the collectors by duly authorized employees of the Puerto Rico Housing Authority; Provided, further, That the Secretary of the Treasury shall deliver said deposits each month to the central office of the Puerto Rico Housing Authority.
