The Administration shall grant a building permit so that the buyer may start the process of acquiring the materials and building his prefabricated wood house.Once finished, said house cannot be definitely occupied until the Administration grants a permit for its use which shall be subject to an inspection to verify the degree of safety it offers against fortuitous events such as fires, earthquakes and hurricane winds.The Administration must determine whether the seller’s specifications were followed and verify whether the buyer made substantial alterations that may injure the seller.
