Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 871—879 of this title or the regulations provided herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, punished by a fine of no less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for a term of not less than five (5) days nor more than six (6) months, or by both penalties, in the discretion of the court.
