The procedures of this chapter shall be governed pursuant to what is established in §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'. Likewise, the right to present recourses of administrative review pursuant to the Puerto Rico Judiciary Act of 1984, Act No. 1 of July 28, 1984, as amended, and the Regulations of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Circuit Court of Appeals, Aps.
