The following terms shall have the meaning stated below for the purposes of this chapter:\n(a) Developer. — Any natural or juridical person engaged in the construction of housing projects.\n(b) Elderly person. — Any person age sixty (60) or older.\n(c) Person with a disability. — Any person with a physical or mental disability which is a substantial limitation for him/her in one or more main activities of daily living; or a person who has a history of such disability; or a person who is considered and tended to as a person with such disability.\n(d) Housing. — Any structure destined for individual or collective housing, of which the development or construction has begun after the approval of this act.\nHistory —Aug. 29, 2000, No. 213, § 1; Aug. 7, 2004, No. 204, § 1.
