The restrictive conditions imposed on the properties in the Punta Borinquen Residential Project in the old Ramey Base in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and specifically, those established in the purchase deed by the Urban Renewal and Housing Corporation, shall become ineffective, and the owners thereof shall be able to alienate and exercise acts of domain over them without any restriction by said agency, or the office of the Receiver.\nHistory —May 10, 1994, No. 18, § 4.
