(a) In the event that the provisions of this chapter come into conflict with the provisions of any other act, the provisions herein set forth shall prevail.\n(b) None of the provisions of this chapter shall affect the vested rights of already constituted housing cooperatives.\n(c) The General Cooperative Partnerships Act shall apply to the cooperatives established pursuant to the model implemented by this chapter.\nHistory —July 27, 2011, No. 147, § 12.
