For the purposes of this chapter, the terms listed below shall have the following meaning:\n(a) Administration. — The Community Revitalization Administration.\n(b) Administrator. — The Administrator of Community Revitalization.\n(c) Agency. — Any department, office, bureau, division, board, commission, administration, public corporation or subsidiary thereof, instrumentality of the Government of Puerto Rico and the Government of the United States of America, excluding the municipalities, the Judiciary Branch and the Legislative Branch.\n[(ch)] [Department. — The Department of Housing of Puerto Rico, as created by §§ 441 et seq. of Title 3.]\n(d) Persons. — Every natural or juridical for profit or nonprofit person, including, but not limited to, a partnership, association, firm, federation, confederation, institution, entity, consortium, foundation, cooperative or groups of persons.\n(e) Secretary. — The Secretary of Housing of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 1995, No. 211, § 4.
