In order to attain the purposes of this chapter, the Administrator may request the services, facilities and personnel of any public, Commonwealth, federal or municipal government agency, and they shall render and offer their services. Any employee or official from a public agency who is temporarily assigned to the Administration as provided in this section, shall retain all the rights, benefits, classification and position which he/she currently holds at the public agency, subject to the provisions of §§ 704 et seq. of Title 3.\nLikewise, the Administrator may request or contract with any public, municipal or federal agency to carry out any study or investigation that is necessary to comply with the purposes of this title.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 1995, No. 211, § 11.
