For this chapter to be effective, the necessary collaboration of innumerable agencies, municipalities and public and private instrumentalities is required. Therefore, both the Department of Housing and the Office of the Advocate for the Elderly are hereby empowered to set forth collaboration agreements with the Department of Health, the Department of the Family, the Health Services Administration (ASES, in Spanish), and any other deemed necessary for the implementation of this chapter.
