Bonds or other obligations issued by a housing authority in connection with a redevelopment project pursuant to §§ 101—119 of this title shall be legal investments to the same extent and for the same persons, institutions, associations, corporations, and other bodies and officers as other obligations issued pursuant to §§ 31—38, 39—45, 46—55 of this title in connection with the development of slum clearance or housing projects.
