(a) Limit of income. — In order to participate in the Individual Savings and Development Accounts Program, the income of potential participants shall not exceed 100% of the area median income, as established or modified by the Secretary of the Federal Urban Housing Department, known as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.\n(b) Persons who are residents of public housing projects of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, even though they are beneficiaries of the Nutritional Assistance Program of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Temporary Aid to Needy Families of the Federal Government or the Health Reform of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, among other programs.\nHistory —Dec. 4, 2001, No. 170, § 10.
