Withdrawals from accounts may be made only by simultaneous agreement between the participant owner of the account and the Communities Revitalization Administration (ARCo.), and may only be made for one or more of the approved uses, as defined in § 1512(4) of this title. The participant may withdraw his/her contribution, without the part corresponding to the money contributed through matching, at any time. The cost of any approved use shall be paid directly from the individual savings and development accounts and through the Communities Revitalization Administration (ARCo.), to the persons or entities to which money is owed in accordance to this section.\nHistory —Dec. 4, 2001, No. 170, § 12.
