From the total number of individuals or families eligible for assistance under the Individual Savings and Development Accounts Program, pursuant to § 1517 of this title, the Communities Revitalization Administration (ARCo.), shall select those individuals or families that the organization deems are the most suited to receive said assistance, pursuant to the definition of 'eligible person' and to the regulations adopted.\nHistory —Dec. 4, 2001, No. 170, § 13.
