The terms 'Secretary of Health' or 'Secretary', whenever used or referred to in §§ 155—160 of this title, shall mean the Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico and/or any of his duly authorized agents. The term 'Housing Authority', whenever used or referred to in §§ 155—160 of this title, shall mean any housing authority organized and operated under the provisions of §§ 31—38, 39—45, 46—55 of this title.
