The Secretary of Health shall report or cause to be reported from time to time, to each housing authority, or on its request, concerning:(a) the action taken by the Secretary upon effecting the closing, repair, alteration, or destruction of unsafe or unhygienic dwellings, in accordance with the provisions of §§ 155—160 of this title or any act or sanitary regulations, within the respective area of operation of said authority.(b) The dates of the closing, repair, alterations, or destruction.(c) The location of said works.(d) The conditions making said dwelling unsafe and unhygienic.
