The agencies, instrumentalities and public corporations of the Government of Puerto Rico and the municipal governments, including the Government of the Capital, are hereby authorized to use the funds and appropriations they may have available for the rent of buildings and premises, for carrying out the necessary repairs to said buildings and premises, in harmony with the provisions of Act No. 464 on reasonable rents, approved April 25, 1946, as heretofore or hereafter amended, §§ 181—214a of this title.
