Any disputes in connection with the contract entered into between the parties and arising between an association organized under the provisions of this chapter and a hospital or group of hospitals and/or with doctors with which said association may have contracted for the rendering of hospital and/or medical-surgical services shall be submitted to the Commissioner of Insurance for his decision, which may be taken in appeal before the corresponding Part of the Court of First Instance.
