The organizational structure of the Office of the Election Comptroller shall, at the very least, have the following operational divisions, units, or components:(a) The Office of the Election Comptroller.(b) The Office of the Deputy Election Comptroller.(c) The Office of the Secretary of the Election Comptroller.(d) The Contributions and Expenditures Audit Division.(e) Legal Affairs.(f) Any other operational division, unit, or component that the Board of Election Comptrollers may deem necessary to discharge the responsibilities imposed by this chapter and other laws.
