The Office of the Election Comptroller shall operate by means of a computer system whereby every document required shall be delivered electronically in a speedy and accurate manner.Through clear and expeditious guidelines, the Office of the Election Comptroller shall establish internal mechanisms related to the evaluation process to issue determinations regarding whether or not the provisions under its jurisdiction have been complied with; develop any necessary strategies to actively incorporate the use of information technologies and telecommunications in its operations.
