The Election Comptroller shall draw and submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislative Assembly not later than ninety (90) days after the closing of the fiscal year about the operations and the fiscal situation of the Office of the Election Comptroller, including any recommendations that the Election Comptroller may deem necessary for the most efficient operations of such Office. After submitting the first annual report, the Election Comptroller shall include at the end of his/her annual reports, a summary of the recommendations made previously and a description of the action taken with regard to such recommendations.
