The Contributions and Expenditures Audit Division is hereby created as a division of the Office of the Election Comptroller with the powers granted by this chapter and the regulations to be adopted thereunder.The Contributions and Expenditures Audit Division shall be administered by the Audit Division Director who shall be designated by the Board of Election Comptrollers.
