Nothing in this chapter shall limit contributions of funds or any other thing of value for election-related purposes to natural persons, juridical persons, or political action committees that do not contribute or make coordinated expenditures to political parties, aspirants, candidates, campaign committees, or authorized committees, or with any authorized agent and representative thereof. However, in these cases, they shall meet the registration and report requirements as provided by law or regulations.
