The Committee Treasurer shall also have the following duties:(a) To timely draft the reports required by this chapter as required by the Election Comptroller.(b) To file every report required by this chapter and attest to its accuracy under penalty of contempt.(c) In the event that he/she notices any error or omission in any of the reports required by this chapter, to file an amended report.
