627i

(a) Through radio, television, or any other audiovisual media.— Any communication described in § 627g of this title that is broadcast through radio, in addition to meeting the requirements of said section, shall include the following audio statement: 'name of the person or committee that paid for the communication and the name of any organization related to such person or committee responsible for the content of the message.(b) Through television.— Any communication described in § 627g of this title that is broadcast through television shall, in addition to complying with the requirements of said section, include a statement by the aspirant or candidate that identifies him/her and indicates that he/she has approved the communication, if it were the case. Such statement shall be made through:(1) A full screen image of the aspirant or candidate showing him/her making the statement; or a picture of the aspirant or candidate synchronized with the audio statement;(2) the statement shall also appear in writing during the last four seconds of the communication in a clear and readable printed statement distinguished from the background of the communication, and(3) the following audio
