The Office of the Election Comptroller shall promulgate the standards to be used to develop and use computer software that:(a) Allows committees to keep an account of contributions and expenditures and transmit it immediately to the Office of the Election Comptroller.The Election Comptroller shall provide a copy of such computer software to any person required under this chapter to file reports with the Office of the Election Comptroller.
