A special fund is hereby created in the accounts of the Department of the Treasury to be denominated as the Election Fund for Administrative Expenses. The Department of the Treasury is hereby appropriated, from any funds available in the General Fund, the necessary amount for the financing, implementation, administration, and operation thereof.
