Upon petition of the Office of the Election Comptroller, the State Election Commission shall obtain, collect, and provide to the Office of the Election Comptroller any information or documentation on paper, digital format, or any other type that is necessary to discharge the powers and duties of the Office of the Election Comptroller as provided under this chapter.
