Any executive, director, manager, or managing partner of a juridical person, whether or not organized under the laws of Puerto Rico, or whether or not authorized to do business in Puerto Rico, who authorizes or consents to make a contribution or payment in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine equal to double the total amount that he/she has authorized or agreed to authorize, or ten thousand dollars ($10,000), whichever is greater.This action shall be deemed to be a felony and prescribe within five (5) years.
